Part 1:  Self-reflection.

  1. What is your 1st memory, is it good or bad?
  2. How did you affect you?
  3. How does it still affect the way you see the world?
  4. Have you experienced great loss in your life, if yes how did it impact you?
  5. How much to you currently choose to win in your thoughts right now?
  6. Do an honest self-evaluation and audit your mind to see how much you choose to win, or choose to be a part of the obstacle, or are seeing the world or of fear.

Part 2:  Defining your reason.

  1. What is your reason for getting out of bed currently?
  2. Have you ever wanted something so bad that there was no way you were going to fail? What was it that you wanted?  Did you get it?
  3. How have others set limits on your life?
  4. How much influence did it have on you, did you believe them, a little, a lot, or not at all?
  5. Have you let others tell you what your reasons/dreams are?

Part 3.  Internal dialogue.

  1. Who has had the biggest influence on your internal dialogue in the past, who does currently, has it been positive, negative, or both?
  2. How do you currently talk to yourself in your mind as you go throughout your day, what is your theme music?
  3. Who currently makes up your inner circle?
  4. Who in your inner circle is where you want to be in life?
  5. Who is currently your mentor?
  6. What past events, people, mistakes, or circumstances do you find yourself reliving keeping you stuck in the past?
  7. Who do you need to forgive?
  8. What do you need to forgive yourself for?
  9. What destructive futures do you create, what creative futures do you create currently?
  10. What is the idea future you want to create?
  11. What are you doing today to make that future a reality?
  12. When you find yourself in a chaotic moment, do you become apart of the problem or do you take a step back and look for the opportunity?
  13. When you make a mistake, how much time to you currently spend beating yourself up and reliving the moment?
  14. What are the dominate thoughts that currently occupy your mind the most?
  15. What is the source of those thoughts?
  16. Where are they trying to take you to and is that place in the same direction of your reasons and in line with the future you want to create?
  17. How do you currently view mistakes and failures?
  18. What is the biggest mistake you have ever made that has trapped you in shame?
  19. What is the most consistent game of mental ping pong you find yourself playing?
  20. What is the warm bed in your life that your have sacrificed your dreams for in the past, what do you currently sacrifice your dreams for?
  21. What is your mind to you, your ally or your enemy?
  22. How often do you choose to win the game when you find yourself mental ping ponging currently?

 

Part 4:  The fuel for the fire.

  1. How much passion do you have in your life right now, for your career, family, community, and the world?
  2. How passionate are you about the little unique things that make you who you are as a person?
  3. How are you currently sharing your passion with the world?
  4. What sets your soul on fire?
  5. Are you currently living someone else’s dream, if yes why?
  6. How are you currently writing your story? Would it be a book you would want to read?
  7. How close are you to living your dreams?
  8. What fear whispers in your ear, what lie or lies does it tell you? (I am not worthy)
  9. How self-aware are you?
  10. How often are you being the best you can be for you 1st , so that you can be the best you can be for everyone else in your life?
  11. What wheels grind in your mind the most?
  12. What do they say?
  13. What are you doing or not doing that creates them?
  14. What is your dream blueprint, is it clear in you mind when you picture it?
  15. What 5 actions will move you forward towards your dreams, goals, and the future you want to create more than any others?
  16. How clearly can you define exactly who you are?
  17. What are you currently doing to make a difference in your family, community, business, and the world?
  18. What have you been putting off that you know is important, how much is it related to the wheels that grind in your mind at night?
  19. How geared is your mind for solutions?
  20. When things go wrong where does your mind go immediately, do you focus on the obstacle or do you start to look for solutions?

 

Part 5:  No Fail Mentality.

  1. What does never quit mean to you?
  2. What have you quit on in your life that you regret?
  3. What have you accomplished when you decided to do something no matter what?
  4. What is the very truth of who you are?
  5. Do you believe you always have 5 more minutes in you?
  6. How much do you believe victory is possible without facing your inner fears head on and fighting through them?
  7. How much are you currently taking advantage of your opportunities in life to grow yourself and be a positive influence on the people and world around you?
  8. How many times are you willing to fail to succeed, really?
  9. How consistent are you when things are good and when the chips are down?
